Emmett Wright, CFA

Emmett Wright is Chief Investment Officer of the Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Company. Prior to his current role, he held various positions at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers and BankBoston/FleetBoston.

Wright is responsible for the investment philosophy, investment process and strategy as well as investment content for the Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management Company. He also serves as the primary investment spokesperson for the Company.

He received a B.A. degree in political science and economics with a minor in public administration from Providence College in Rhode Island in 1987 and a masters degree in business administration from Notre Dame in Indiana in 1989.
